1 Year Older and Wiser Too...

Kit had so much fun on her birthday.  I put together a Hot-Diggity-Dog Mickey Mouse birthday party for her.  Mark's parents, my parents, Greg, Amy, Ryan, Kaden, Chase, Braedon, & Alyiah were able to come. We missed everyone else.  We had a hot dog bar complete with J-Dawg sauce.  I made cupcakes for her party.  As you can see in her 1-year pictures, she does not like the cake.  She did the same thing at her party.

This is all she would do with her birthday cupcake.  She didn't want to touch it.

Kit got some cute Sunday dresses, summer outfits, Mickey & Minnie stuffed animals, baby i-pad, toy camera, Mickey & Minnie toy figurines, books, bubble toy, a ball...am I forgetting anything?  Needless to say, it looked like the Disney Store threw up in my living room.

Kit's Personality

• She is just starting to walk.  She will stand up in the middle of the room and take a few steps, then plop down and crawl because it is easier and faster.
• Kit loves music! She is a dancing fool whenever any kind of music comes on.  Even the hymns at church.
• Kit loves to drink from her sippy cups.  She just recently learned how to drink from a straw and she thought she was hot stuff.
• Kit has some blocks that she loves to play with.  She will dump them all out and then put them back in the bucket.  Then she will take them out one by one and put them in the lid.  She has a ball that she loves to play with as well as anything that make music.
• She loves to play "bonk" with grandpa.  That is their thing.  They will bonk foreheads together.  
• She is obsessed with Mickey, Minnie, Pooh, and anything Disney.  We have a Disney Princess Sing-a-Long which she just loves.  Her two favorite things--music and disney!!
• Foods Kit loves: bananas, rice, chicken, avocado, strawberry, yogurt, milk.
• Favorite TV shows: Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Doc McStuffins, Basketball

Today, I took Kit to the doctor for her 1 year check-up.  She doesn't really like the doctor.  She wiggles and squirms whenever he needs to do his check-up.

Height: 29.25 in // 53% percentile
