House Update...

So, craziness ensued last week on the day of our ultrasound.  It all starts on Thursday, February 3.  We went out with our real estate agents to look at some houses.  They said they found a townhome in Orem that was in our price range and that it was just listed on the market.  Mark and I said let's take a look at it.  We went inside and LOVED it!  We told our agent we wanted to think about it.

We thought about it and our agents did some research on the home.  We called our agent Saturday and told him we were interested in the townhome.  He called us Monday morning and told us two other offers were going to be submitted that morning.  On our way down to the ultrasound, we were on the phone with our agent working out the details so all we would need to do is sign the offer sheet.  After our appointment, we booked it up to our agent's office and signed the papers.  Let's just say--last week was the longest week ever, waiting to hear about our offer.

Now we are to Valentines Day.  We finally heard back that the bank accepted our offer!!  We were so excited.  Now we are in the phase of getting all our ducks in a row and making sure everything is ready so we can close.  The way the timeline is looking, we would be closing the end of March.  Here is a link to the townhome.  It is an end unit and it has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths with an unfinished basement.
