Wow, what a game! By the end of the first quarter, the game was scoreless. About one-third of the way through the second quarter BYU scored a field goal. When it got to half time, I thought this was going to be another 3-0 game. Only this time BYU was going to win. The third quarter rolls around and both BYU and Utah score a field goal--BYU 6 Utah 3.
The fourth quarter is when the game got really exciting. BYU scores another field goal at the beginning of the quarter and at the end of the quarter Utah scores a touchdown with 1:34 left in the game. I thought we were going to lose. Exactly one minute later BYU is on the other end of the field (thanks to an amazing catch by Austin Collie) scoring a touchdown with a two point conversion.
Before the game, we went to a fun tailgate. Usually we have brauts but this time since it was an early tailgate, we had breakfast burritos. They were good, but they just were not brauts. Mark played football with Katie and her friend Stacy. One of the coolest things about the game was the flyover by three appachi helicopters.
